The new Queen Victoria cruise ship is the latest addition to the famous Cunard Cruise Line. She launched in December of 2007. The magnificent oceanliner begins its annual world cruise in Brooklyn.

The Queen Victoria's 2009 world cruise departs from Brooklyn on January 10, 2009. In 99 days passengers will sail the Caribbean, transit the Panama Canal and explore the South Pacific. You'll also visit Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean. The world cruise ends in Southampton, England on April 20, 2009.

You can also book a portion of this grand trip. The 40-day "liner" cruise goes from New York to Sydney, Australia. Ports of call include Fort Lauderdale, Curacao, Guatemala, Cabo San Lucas, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Tonga, Auckland, Christchurch and Hobart. The 17-day "segment" cruise covers the New York to Los Angeles part of the voyage.
